We're partnering with a fast-paced, high-performing FMCG Health and Wellness company to recruit a Customer Activation Specialist.

Their portfolio includes skincare, haircare, vitamins, and supplements distributed across Pharmacy, Grocery, and e-commerce. This well-established business is poised for growth, seeking individuals who are excited about working with premium brands in an innovative, team-based, and results-oriented company culture.

Please note that only Australian Permanent Residents will be considered.

$125,000/yr

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Customer Excellence Manager, you'll work in partnership to support the planning and rollout of the Customer Excellence Strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and update the activation calendar
  • Lead customer activation brief development, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Shopper Insights, and Sales)
  • Maintain and utilize the Trade Promotional Management system to build out future activations plans with accuracy and alignment
  • Coordinate Cycle meeting planning agendas, presentations, venue management, and event support
  • Actively manage POS Playbooks and lead times, costs, and quotes with vendors to deliver solutions for Field teams
  • Develop shopper journeys through trade marketing solutions, leveraging key brand ID toolkits and visuals
  • Track program performance and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Raise purchase and invoices as required
Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience within a Blue Chip FMCG or Pharmaceutical company in a similar role or currently in a junior role looking for a step up.

Experience within Health & Wellbeing, OTC Pharmacy, or Alcohol industry is ideal.

Demonstrated experience in Trade Marketing Briefing and KPI evaluation.

Expertise in POS production, including printing.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across departments.

Event coordination and project management skills.

AI literacy and advanced Excel skills.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Confidence, commercial acumen, and ability to manage ambiguity.

Positive attitude and energy with a 'can-do' attitude.
