About the Position
- Conduct comprehensive health and safety risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards and maintain accurate incident management records.
- Promote participant autonomy by connecting them with suitable activities, including training, volunteering, and short-term employment opportunities.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with community organizations to develop and coordinate engaging activities, fostering seamless transitions for hosts, participants, and staff.
- Source and match participants with activities that cater to their unique needs and goals.
About You
- Proven experience in Employment Services, with a deep understanding of disabilities and the disability support sector.
- Able to apply tailored strategies to meet individual participant needs, promoting inclusive and engaging experiences.
- Skilled at managing complex workloads, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- A self-motivated, autonomous individual with excellent relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, high standards of professionalism, and customer service excellence.
- A valid driver's license is required, as travel throughout the region is an essential aspect of this role.
