Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Establish a high-performing team of Business Partners who can build trusting relationships and add value across all areas of operations.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Include mentoring, training, and coaching Business Partnering and ER/case management teams.
  • Employee Relations and Case Management: Establish an ER framework, handle complex cases, interpret and apply relevant awards, and support IR requirements.
  • Strategic HR Projects: Oversee the delivery of major HR projects, including remuneration reviews, performance evaluations, and a review of employment agreements and contracts.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Lead the annual salary review process and provide strategic insights and recommendations on market trends.
  • Change and Project Management: Support HR change initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Commercial and Strategic Focus: Provide strategic HR support during periods of organizational change, including M&A, and support the organization to drive and achieve commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing effective HR business partnering, employee relations, and project/change management.
  • A strong ability to build capability in teams, communicate effectively at all levels, and ensure a comprehensive People experience is established that is fit for purpose and fully aligned to business goals.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.
