Key Responsibilities- Strategic Business Partnering: Establish a high-performing team of Business Partners who can build trusting relationships and add value across all areas of operations.

- Compensation and Benefits: Lead the annual salary review process and provide strategic insights and recommendations on market trends.
- Change and Project Management: Support HR change initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Commercial and Strategic Focus: Provide strategic HR support during periods of organizational change, including M&A, and support the organization to drive and achieve commercial outcomes.
- Extensive experience in managing effective HR business partnering, employee relations, and project/change management.
- A strong ability to build capability in teams, communicate effectively at all levels, and ensure a comprehensive People experience is established that is fit for purpose and fully aligned to business goals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.
