**Relief Charter Coordinator Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Relief Charter Coordinator to support charter operations at our depot.

  • Coordinate charter bookings and prepare accurate quotes for clients.
  • Respond promptly to charter enquiries, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery team to ensure safe operation of rigid and articulated vehicles.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current TLIF006 Administer a Fatigue Risk Management System certificate or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience using roster software like HASTUS and VDS/MobiPlanning, and mapping software such as Google Maps.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
