As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of Sales and Account Directors. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings and site inspections to ensure seamless execution and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and site inspections to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain and update databases to guarantee accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Assist with client entertainment, familiarisations, and coordinate welcome cards and daily sales reports
  • Print menus and collateral as needed, and maintain various sales tools and systems

You will need to have a passion for sales, delivering great service, and exceeding guest expectations. Key skills include proficiency with Microsoft products, excellent writing skills, high-level organisation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on service excellence and attention to detail. Luxury hotel standards experience is preferred.
