Our Box Office team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences at our venues. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Box Office & Room Services Coordinator. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to revenue growth through outstanding service and relationship management.

Job Description

  • Coordination of Room Services: Manage conference and studio rooms, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to hire inquiries and improve service standards through feedback.
  • Handle administrative tasks for events and conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Current working with children check
  • Experience in ticketing or theatre/conference coordination (desirable)
  • First aid and CPR qualifications or willingness to obtain
