Based in Glendenning, you will be part of our dynamic and fast-growing team. We are affiliated with Borger Cranes, a leading mobile crane hire company operating across New South Wales and Queensland.

BL Safety and Workwear is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Sales Support Coordinator will support the sales team with daily operations, including preparing and entering sales quotes and orders, following up before production, liaising with the production team on schedules, and providing excellent after-sales service. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and smooth communication across the sales and production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and enter sales quotes and orders into the system.
  • Follow up on orders before production to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Liaise with the production team to confirm schedules and timelines.
  • Provide order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Address and resolve customer enquiries promptly.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MYOB.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or coordination preferred.
