Key Account Manager Role

The Key Account Manager is a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing content sales in assigned territories. This role involves developing strong relationships with key decision makers within schools, increasing student and staff usage of Sora, the student reading app, and working collaboratively with the territory team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve set targets in assigned territory based on business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant products, services, capabilities, and processes to provide expert advice to partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners for sales opportunities, questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Collaborate regularly with your territory team to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3+ years' of consultative sales experience or K-12 education experience.
  • A professional and proactive approach, confident and energetic, with excellent communication skills.
