Sales Leadership Manager

The successful candidate will lead the retail sales leadership team across the US region, including VAR Partnerships, agent & indirect sales channels, retail events, and revenue programs in B2C & B2B segments. The goal is to drive sales results, ensure quality service, promote services, and meet revenue targets.
Foster employee engagement, develop sales strategies, manage store refreshes, and expand into new areas. This position requires travel and strong leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include driving revenue through retail pop-ups, events, and partnerships, managing channel leads & supervisors, creating a hybrid work environment, ensuring excellent customer service and brand consistency.
Research and support store and depot expansion initiatives, collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support growth, manage performance of teams, improve sales results and customer satisfaction.
Enhance employee engagement, lead change management, procure and onboard new retail & agent partners, foster strategic partnerships, monitor financial and sales performance, manage budgets and expenses.
Reduce customer acquisition costs, improve operational efficiency, handle customer and employee issues confidentially and professionally, ensure health and safety compliance.
