The ideal candidate for this role will lead retail sales leadership teams across the US region, including VAR partnerships, agent & indirect sales channels, retail events, and revenue programs in B2C & B2B segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue through retail pop-ups, events, and partnerships
- Manage, coach, and develop channel leads & supervisors
- Create an effective hybrid work environment
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand consistency
- Research and support store and depot expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support growth
- Manage team performance and improve sales results and customer satisfaction
