Business Development Role

This key position plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives by partnering with diverse on-premise and off-premise locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft innovative solutions to drive volume and distribution sales goals for a portfolio of spirits brands.
  • Utilize consumer and category trends to educate customers, solve challenges, and increase sales through strategic brand building initiatives.
  • Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution strategies.
  • Achieve volume objectives for core brands within the portfolio.
  • Implement and execute programs that deliver on distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with assigned customers by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary communication lead between key customers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent goal achievement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in the alcohol-beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering volume achievements and meeting distribution and retail promotional goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using sales data analytics and tools to drive sales results.
  • Ability to travel within an assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
