About the Role
">At South East Water, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our Applications Business Team as a Salesforce specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive business analysis, enhancements, testing, deployment, support, and administration across the Salesforce application.
">Key Responsibilities

- Drive Business Analysis and Enhancements: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and industry partners to ensure operational needs are met and planned new features and capabilities are successfully delivered.">
- Manage Application Software: Ensure that application software meets business requirements and goals, fulfils user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues.">
- Analyse Business and Technical Opportunities: Analyse business and technical opportunities, risks, and problems to devise and implement application solutions.">
- Configure and Monitor Applications: Manage technical configuration, performance, and reliability of selected applications.">
- Support and Resolve Issues: Support and resolve application service desk tickets that have been escalated.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Experience with Salesforce: A minimum of three years of experience within Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Omni Channel, and Amazon Connect.">
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, Flows, SOQL queries, process builders, custom views, security, permissions management, and other content of a similar nature within the Salesforce platform.">
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in successful stakeholder engagement.">
- Application Management: Understanding of application management principles and lifecycles, with the ability to assess and prioritise workload.">
- Software Development: Experience with Software Development and Testing principles and processes.">
- BPMN and ISO Standards: Experience with business process modelling and BPMN, familiarity with common ISO quality and safety management standards, and Enterprise Information Architecture principles and master data management techniques.">
- Additional Requirements: Australian citizenship or permanent residency and exposure to MS Windows Server and SQL Server.">
