Job Title: Technical Learning Solutions Specialist
Location: Canberra, AU
This role is for a suitably experienced Technical Learning Solutions Specialist to support the delivery of training initiatives and national programs.
- Design, develop, implement, and optimise learning products to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Analyse needs and methodically develop learning materials to match stakeholders' expectations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Integrate feedback and evaluation into learning activities and products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine and respond to specific training needs.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the Education and/or VET Sector and experience in working in government. They will also have experience in delivering change and engagement programs with diverse stakeholders, relevant qualifications in Change Management and Engagement, and sound understanding of ICT build requirements and advanced user skills in DevOps and Microsoft products.
