About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. This key member of our sales team will be responsible for developing and executing account plans for OEMs, servicing various industries, and delivering on our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with OEMs to position Rockwell Automation as a trusted partner in automation and digital solutions.
- Lead early engagement efforts to influence design specifications and drive adoption of our full portfolio.
- Define and own the win strategy for pursuits, tracking and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities to ensure regular updates and visibility across internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to assemble the right resources for each pursuit, focusing on strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute account plans to clearly define the account strategy, analyzing current opportunities against allocated sales targets and providing forecast reports.
This role requires a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market drivers, as well as Rockwell's offerings and products. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with OEMs and drive long-term growth.
