Regional Health and Safety Leadership Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our health, safety and environmental strategy during a transformative development phase.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our project. You will be working closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement site-wide HSE systems aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE systems that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
- Drive risk management, incident response and proactive safety culture
- Oversee training programs, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor teams and embed safety as a core operational value

We Need
- 8+ years of experience in HSE leadership (mining/construction/heavy industry)
- Diploma/Degree in OHS/Environmental Science or related field
- Expertise in NSW legislation, incident investigation and risk management
- Proven ability to implement Safety Management Systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and training skills
