Qualified Team Leader Job Description

This is a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will lead a team of educators to deliver a high-quality Before and After School Care program.

  • Leading a team of educators to provide a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A Diploma in Early Education and Care.
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
