This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of educational programs in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative professional who will drive the creation and delivery of high-quality educational experiences that meet the diverse needs of our children.

\

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective teaching strategies, assessing learning outcomes, and establishing clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.

\

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other stakeholders.

\

The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications (university degree or equivalent) in early childhood education as approved by ACECQA\
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework\
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)\
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent\
