As a skilled Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping supplier partnerships that drive real commercial results. Your expertise will be leveraged to lead the end-to-end management of supplier contracts from negotiation and execution to performance and renewal, ensuring every agreement delivers value, mitigates risk, and aligns with strategic goals.
Key areas of focus will include developing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts in line with procurement strategies, drafting and executing contractual documents, negotiating favourable terms, and managing contract renewals and terminations strategically and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, negotiation, and management of supplier contracts in line with procurement strategies.
- Draft and execute a range of contractual documents including variations, MOUs, LOIs, and confidentiality agreements.
- Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and service levels in collaboration with Legal and Category Managers.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations strategically and on time.
- A degree in Law, Business Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments.
- Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
