We are seeking a seasoned relationship builder to spearhead our supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage high-performing relationships with suppliers through proactive contract management, key performance indicator tracking and service level agreement compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of contract specialists.
  • Implement a robust contract management framework while aligning stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive transformative change across the organization, navigating internal and external stakeholders, resistance to change and the need for structural and cultural transformation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract and/or supplier/vendor management is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and key vendors, leveraging negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex analyses, trend projections and procurement advice.
