Personal Care Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality care and support to older Australians, helping them maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, providing essential services such as personal care assistance, social connection, and companionship. Our clients value the meaningful relationships they build with staff members, and we're committed to ensuring that every interaction is positive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering and personal hygiene needs
  • Support clients to continue living well and positively, through activities such as transport to appointments, shopping, and meal preparation
  • Foster social connections and companionship, helping clients feel valued and included
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
  • Own vehicle and Australian Driver licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Up-to-date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be compassionate and empathetic towards clients, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
