As a Dementia Support Professional, you will work collaboratively to improve lives and implement best practices. You'll play a vital role in delivering our Dementia Support Program, working closely with families, caregivers, and clinical staff to understand the impact of dementia on individuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in supporting people living with dementia
  • Experience in Australian residential aged care and or community aged care
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant qualification in Allied Health, Nursing, Aged Care or Mental Health is essential
