Compassionate Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to provide high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

As a compassionate caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting older members of the community.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role, preferably in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing home help services such as general housekeeping, making beds, cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming floors, washing, folding, and ironing laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Assisting clients with personal care, including getting them out of bed, showered, and dressed for the day, assisting with mobility and therapy goals, and providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
  • Providing social and emotional support, transporting clients to lifestyle activities or appointments, and helping family carers to have a break or pursue other interests.
