Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the UGL Corporate Training Calendar, which includes programs such as Leading Teams, Leading Managers, and the Diploma of Project Management.
  • Oversee logistics for venues, trainers, materials, and participants, ensuring seamless execution of training initiatives.
  • Administer the Corporate Onboarding Calendar, facilitating monthly inductions and bi-monthly webinars.
  • Ensure all new employees complete their induction programs, managing registration, invitations, and attendance tracking.
  • Provide initial support for Learning Systems and address queries received in the L&D team inbox.
  • Assist with various projects for the L&D and Corporate People & Culture team.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in managing learning initiatives or a background in HR/People & Culture coordination within a large organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen focus on task and process management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
