About the Role
UGL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join the corporate division. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering corporate programs, employee inductions, and other training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the training calendar for corporate programs, including program logistics, venue coordination, and trainer management.
- Coordinate the corporate onboarding process, including monthly inductions and webinars with senior management.
- Ensure all new starters complete induction programs, including online and face-to-face inductions.
- Provide first-level support for online learning systems and handle queries from employees.
- Support ad-hoc projects for the Learning and Development team.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with experience in coordinating learning programs or events. You should have a strong focus on task and process management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
