We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at SBS Australia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and licensing our SBS Inclusion Program online courses to organizations and strengthening the relationship between SBS and these organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Promptly respond to sales opportunities and enquiries related to the SBS Inclusion Program
- Utilise your strong relationship skills to build on existing pipeline and extend to new potential customers
- Listen to clients and provide diversity, inclusion and social cohesion training solutions for their organizations
- Build long term relationships with a large number of organizations (predominantly middle-senior management in HR, L&D, DEI and ESG) to encourage ongoing licensing of existing and new products and services
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and sales by providing premium customer service to clients throughout their journey from enquiry to sale and beyond in a demanding deadline driven environment
- Well-developed sales and customer service skills, with the ability to uphold these in a demanding deadline driven environment.
- Manage onboarding process for clients
- Host and attend client meetings
- Accurately maintain client databases and CRM information.
- Excellent client service and relationship skills
