The Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join our team, responsible for developing innovative learning solutions that align with our strategic business goals. As a key member of our Learning Design and Development team, you will lead the development of high-quality, high-impact learning interventions that drive performance improvements and support operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the Learning Design and Development team to ensure effective execution of learning projects.
  • Oversee the team's development and ensure high standards of work quality and innovation in learning design.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to understand the unique needs of our workforce.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including:
