Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming chat queues, taking no more than two chats at once to maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive positive outcomes for customers.

  • Be the first point of contact for customers; assist with tracking deliveries, processing orders, website issues, pricing queries, refunds or cancellations, and more.

  • Use internal systems to obtain resolutions for customers.

  • Work remotely as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:

  • Based in NSW with availability for a full week of training in Sydney.

  • Available 9:00–21:00 Mon–Sat and 10:00–20:00 Sun; able to work 15-25 hours across these times.

  • Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.

  • Fast and reliable internet connection.
