Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming chat queues, taking no more than two chats at once to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive positive outcomes for customers.
Be the first point of contact for customers; assist with tracking deliveries, processing orders, website issues, pricing queries, refunds or cancellations, and more.
Use internal systems to obtain resolutions for customers.
Work remotely as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements:
Based in NSW with availability for a full week of training in Sydney.
Available 9:00–21:00 Mon–Sat and 10:00–20:00 Sun; able to work 15-25 hours across these times.
Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
Fast and reliable internet connection.
