
Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a professional to provide first-line support to our customer base in Korea. The ideal candidate will have business-level fluency in Korean and English, as well as experience working in a fast-paced customer support role.
The selected individual will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone while managing workload via a ticketing system. They will also demonstrate software solutions to customers to help resolve individual challenges.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support to customers in Korea with technical and accounting issues
- Assist customers over the phone while managing workload via the ticketing system
- Demonstrate software solutions to customers to assist solve individual challenges
- Business level fluency in Korean and English
- Knowledge of operating systems and experience with at least two of the following: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, Android
- Qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant technical training is advantageous
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer support role, ideally via phone and ticketing system
- Self-motivated, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and passion for helping people
- Ability to pick up new software and processes quickly
- Top-rate on-the-job training

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, business-level fluency in Korean and English, and experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment.
You should also be able to pick up new software and processes quickly, and have a passion for helping people.
Additionally, having qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant technical training is advantageous.
