Field Service Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment at hydro power projects in Australia.

  • Plan and coordinate balance of plant mechanical work scope, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide technical support to site teams, facilitating effective communication with engineering teams and resolving field-related design considerations.
  • Develop and maintain site documentation, including lifting plans, installation instructions, and erection protocols.
  • Collaborate with Site Production Manager to review and update project schedules, budgets, and quality plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of time booking, planned hours, and progress in construction management software.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team environment. Proven experience in supervising BoPm installations in large hydro power projects or similar industries is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and have technical knowledge of hydro power BoPm equipment and construction project management best practices.
