Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Planner to collaborate on large civil infrastructure projects in Sydney.
This key role involves working with stakeholders and clients to ensure project success through effective communication, innovative solutions, and proficient resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:- We require someone to communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and manage progress.
- You will develop innovative solutions that meet client objectives and adhere to HSEQ standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure proficient resource allocation for project success.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing traffic planning documents and maintaining registers, permits, and licenses.
- Prepare monthly reports on project successes and areas for improvement.
- You will develop comprehensive project documentation, including Traffic Management plans and Swept Path Analyses.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Invarion Rapidplan are required.
- Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Desirable experience working with TFNSW is also a plus.
