About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the reimagining of our customer support experience, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and GenAI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering a seamless, intuitive experience for our customers.

As a Principal Product Manager at Open, you will have the autonomy to drive outsized impact and explore individual contributor and people leadership opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and data scientists, to deliver a blueprint that expands our customer support model into new geographies and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a vision for our customer support experience, incorporating GenAI and Contact Centre technologies
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver a seamless, intuitive experience for customers
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with designers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Strong product management toolkit, including strategy-setting and delivery
