Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Lead the development and management of data-driven products, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Data Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to define and execute a data strategy that enhances product offerings and drives value for the business.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to design and implement innovative data solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimisation.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a Data Product Management role
  • Industry experience preferably within Lending, Financial services, Fintech or Payments
  • Strong technical background in a data focused role
  • Proficient in Data tools such as SQL, Azure Databricks, Azure Datawarehouse, Python, ETL tools, Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
