About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our team at Firesoft People. As a Product Innovation Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of our Ed-tech platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by constantly learning from user interviews, product analytics, and A/B testing to pivot or optimize our product.
  • Blend product usage data with customer insights to identify opportunities to drive our product forward to increase usability and customer experience.
  • Handle a list of stakeholder's and founder requests while recognizing that you must ruthlessly prioritize to deliver a great product.
  • Embrace a first principles mindset and follow a systematic approach that starts with the problem, focuses on research, and produces lightweight solutions to test assumptions with prototypes.
  • Design flows and experiences that simplify and break down complex actions into usable interfaces.
  • Work closely with our UI designer to build crisp designs.
  • Manage product definition, execution, roll-out, and impact analysis for each initiative.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an experienced product designer building software products in a customer-focused company (both B2B and B2C).
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams and the broader business to help build and foster a design thinking culture.
  • Obsession with solving customer problems and experience building B2C mobile products at scale.
  • Experience designing, building, launching, and scaling a B2C mobile product from pre-launch to over 100,000 engaged members.
  • Ability to manage product designers and scale product design practices and processes.
