You'll play a key role in leading the development and success of a diverse product portfolio, influencing key decisions, and working closely with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and pricing models to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring new, trend-driven jewellery collections to market.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging trends in the jewellery and luxury goods sectors.
- Travel overseas up to four times a year to stay connected with global jewellery trends and innovations.
- Track product performance and adjust strategies to drive profitability and success.
We're looking for a proactive, strategic, and creative individual with a passion for jewellery and a strong background in commercial and wholesale buying. You'll have 10+ years of buying experience, with a strong background in retail (B2C) or manufacturing (B2B), ideally within the jewellery or luxury goods sectors.
You'll have experience in commercial and wholesale buying, managing inventory, and leading end-to-end product portfolios. You'll also have a deep understanding of gemstones, precious metals, jewellery fabrication, and supply chain management.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape market trends and drive business growth. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions make an impact.
