Job Title:

Leadership Position in Early Learning and Care

  • Lead a team of educators in providing high-quality education and care.

Assist the Centre Director in leadership, mentor and develop staff capabilities, manage the centre in absence, implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone with previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position. The successful applicant will have passion for building strong relationships with families, staff and the local community.

  1. Support Centre Director in team leadership.
  2. Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  3. Manage centre operations in Centre Director's absence.
