We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to provide companionship and support to our elderly clients.

As a Caring Companion and Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing emotional support, assisting with daily living activities, and engaging in meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping and personal care
  • Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions to promote mental stimulation and social interaction
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our clients
  • Reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Certificate I - IV required
  • 1 year experience in home care preferred
  • Driver Licence and work authorisation for Australia required
