Companion Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Companion Care Specialists to provide exceptional support services to our clients in their homes. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while enjoying a fulfilling and rewarding career.

This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and understanding of individual needs. You will be responsible for providing companionship, social support, and personal care services that cater to each client's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with varying needs
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Aged Care (or related field)
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain/update
  • Current Police check or willingness to obtain/update
  • Experience in home care, disability care, or cleaning
  • Driver's Licence and reliable car
Working Conditions:
  • Shift work with varied schedules
  • Travel between clients is required
