Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Care Companion to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of elderly individuals. As a Care Companion, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents in a safe and home-like environment.

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including meal times and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent).
