Supporting Parents Back into the Workforce

This role is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of parents and their families.

The Parent Pathways Program aims to address challenges and concerns within the parent's immediate family, enabling them to focus on the future and identify areas of interest and set career goals.

We are seeking a Senior Parent Mentor to provide person-centred case management for eligible parents with young children, assisting them to achieve their education and employment goals.

Your skills and experience will be used to support parents back into the workforce, addressing vocational and non-vocational needs, and providing a calm, respectful, welcoming, and child-friendly service.

To be successful in this role, you will need empathy and understanding of parents experiencing disadvantage, trauma, and financial distress. You will also require excellent communication and writing skills, as well as strong Labour Market knowledge.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Flemington site. If you are genuinely interested in making a difference and have the required skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
