Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our global business.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring a quality efficient build for all partners coming into the Professional Services department through Inbound & Outbound channels.

This is a hands-on role requiring a highly self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to identify problems and opportunities as well as offer or implement actions and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand partner business requirements and confidently communicate the onboarding approach and project plan.

- Clearly articulate the Fresha ecosystem and provide solutions to partners' business requirements.

- Align closely with the Partner Success Team to guide the partner on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks, and accurate data migration.

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure quality accounts are built for all partners.

- Assist partners in representing themselves on the Marketplace.

- Provide continuous quality assurance on the Marketplace.

- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet agreed data migration deadlines.

- Provide sufficient guidance in tandem with Partner Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from data migration to go live.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Commercially minded with understanding of critical partner needs.

- Exceptionally high organizational and time management skills.

- Project coordination experience or certification is highly desired.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Excel and data cleaning is an asset.
