
Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring clients receive the best possible customer experience when onboarding to our platform.
You will support clients during their first months working with us through platform training, onboarding partners, preparing programs, and consulting on best practices.
About You- Assist clients with migrating partners to our platform from another provider
- Provide clients with guidance on setting up non-technical elements of their partner program and using our platform
- Action platform readiness tasks on behalf of the client prior to launch
- Train clients on our software and services
- Manage tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met
- Provide documentation for both internal and external use
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure extensive onboarding service for clients and meet deadlines
- Host and contribute to team meetings
- Attend client-facing events such as QBRs, deployment days, and training sessions (includes occasional travel for work)
