Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Onboarding Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in the commercial onboarding process.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, delivering, and continually improving the commercial onboarding framework. This will involve effectively managing a comprehensive list of partners, working closely with business owners to develop a deep understanding of their operational and technical requirements, monitoring the performance of systems and business processes, and acting as a conduit between Commercial Partners and Finance to evolve partner maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a list of partners and ensure seamless integration into our commercial operationsWork closely with business owners to develop a thorough understanding of their business strategies and requirementsMonitor the performance of systems and business processes to identify areas for improvementAct as a liaison between Commercial Partners and Finance to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a high-volume and complex billings environment. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a confident problem solver, and have an eye for detail.
