About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Sales Professional to join our Sydney-based team on a 12-month contract. This role offers an excellent entry point into FMCG sales, focusing on the dynamic and fast-growing E-commerce channel.

You will support Account Managers in managing key online retail partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of Ferrero's Triple Win strategy—delivering value for Ferrero, customers, and consumers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution & Strategy: Support customer plans and promotional activity across E-commerce platforms; ensure alignment with Ferrero's Triple Win philosophy; assist in preparing field activation briefs for key campaigns
  • Trade Spend Management: Manage SAP processes including accruals, claims, and promotional forecasting; ensure timely and accurate completion of claims and budget tracking
  • Customer Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer buying teams; complete promotional submission forms and customer paperwork accurately and on time
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide insights to support accurate customer forecasting; deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; conduct post-promotional reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Field Communication: Act as a key liaison between sales operations and the field team to ensure alignment and execution

Key Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of commercial experience, ideally in FMCG or E-commerce
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is a plus
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a growth mindset
