Orthopedic Loan Set Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrument Kit Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- The Instrument Kit Coordinator will work closely with customer service staff, sales staff, and external customers to manage orthopaedic loan sets.
- Maintenance of surgeon preferences for correct information on kit supply is also a key responsibility.
- The coordinator will take bookings from customers and sales staff, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Utilizing SAGE and WebOps systems, the Instrument Kit Coordinator will record accurate stock inventory movements, dispatch, and returns information.
- Packing and dispatching items within Australia and abroad will be a critical aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must have strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
