As a Loan set rep at **Zimmer Biomet**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our medical products reach healthcare professionals efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include developing and promoting service excellence, building checklists tailored to customer requirements, and managing daily loan set bookings. You will also be responsible for picking, shipping, and returning loan sets, liaising with carrier companies, and our internal Sales and Marketing departments. This role is pivotal in developing lasting relationships with our clientele, including surgeons and theatre staff, and ensuring our inventory is tracked and replenished accurately

**What you will do**:
The primary purpose of this role is to prepare and organise surgical instrument kits for use in medical procedures. This involves ensuring that all necessary instruments are accurately assembled according to specific surgical requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining precise organisation and preparation of these kits, as they are critical to the success of medical procedures.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Reverse logistics: Managing the return of products from surgeries
- Outbound logistics: Preparing products for upcoming cases

**Requirements of the role**:

- Physical, this role involves being on your feet most of the day, with tasks that may require standing in one place or moving around frequently
- Skills, while excel skills are not required, familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is beneficial as you will be working with these systems regularly
