About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily loan set bookings and shipments
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch surgical kits accurately and on time
  • Track and manage the return process
  • Liaise with couriers, theatre staff, and sales teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory using our systems
  • Support ongoing improvements to systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with service and quality standards
  • Prepare reports and assist with invoicing
