Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Omnistudio Developer to design and implement cutting-edge software solutions using the Salesforce platform.

This role will involve working with design documentation and functional specifications to ensure that components are well-documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing complex custom-built solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Supporting and configuring Salesforce; establishing deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
  • Writing clean, maintainable Apex code as part of CI/CD workflows.
  • Applying Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Lightning Framework.
  • Working with REST API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).

You will provide work estimates for development tasks and help guide features, objectives, or technologies. Your contributions will impact our products, and you will collaborate with a team focused on innovation, creativity, and excellence, driving innovation and ownership of your work while honing problem-solving, collaboration, and automation skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, languages, frameworks, tools.
  • 7+ years of experience in the full Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 years of implementation experience in Vlocity Omnistudio components.
  • Experience designing, implementing, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Ability to write clean Apex code within CI/CD processes; Salesforce Best Practices with Apex and Lightning.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience is advantageous. Additionally, Salesforce and OmniStudio certifications, continuous learning mindset, problem-solving and decision-making abilities for software projects, and familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector solutions are preferred.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
