This trusted advisor helps clients leverage best practices, fosters user adoption, and shapes future-state experiences by collaborating with stakeholders and configuring Salesforce functionality aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on the capabilities of out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
  • Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements and user stories with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Configure Salesforce functionality in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Run demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
  • Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows to optimize user experience.
  • Passion for user-centric design and business transformation.
  • Consulting background is highly desirable.
  • Baseline Clearance is advantageous but not mandatory.
