Salesforce Solutions Expert

As a Salesforce Solutions Expert, you'll design scalable solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions using out-of-the-box Salesforce features.

About the Role
  • You'll advise clients on leveraging Salesforce capabilities
  • Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements and user stories with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Configure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practices
  • Run demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshops
  • Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance
  • Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement

You will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows
  • Passion for user-centric design and business transformation
  • Consulting background preferred
  • Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
