Salesforce Expert for Utility Solutions

The Client Solutions Salesforce role requires an expert in demonstration and design for compelling Salesforce solutions to customers in energy and utility sectors. This position necessitates expertise in Salesforce integration, architecture, planning, scoping, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop optimum demonstrations using Salesforce E&U as a CRM interface to Gentrack products.
- Enhance the demonstration suite of Salesforce CRM solutions for customers in the utilities space.
- Deploy additional capability using AgentForce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Data Cloud.
- Participate in discovery activities pre-sales and post-sales where required.
- Maintain knowledge on industry trends in Salesforce and utilities sectors.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Salesforce including system/solution engineering/architecture level roles.
- Integration of Salesforce E&U (or industries cloud) solutions in software development with a focus on billing, call center operations, and customer engagement within a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities space including typical workflows, data concepts, and retailer operations.
